How to Style an Olive Jumpsuit for Summertime

Oh olive, how I love you.

I just got back from Playa Del Carmen, Mexico and I can’t even describe my sadness to leave such a beautiful location. One of my favorite things about planning this trip was finding fun pieces that were comfortable while helping me bear the humidity.  This Anisha Olive Crepe Jumpsuit did the trick, and I honestly can’t rave enough about how perfect it was.

I wanted to make this Tobi Olive Jumpsuit feel a little more tropical.  So, I paired it with this super beachy necklace my husband found for me right before we left.  This wouldn’t be a piece I normally wear, but it seemed to be the perfect accessory to make this outfit pop.

I spent the majority of the week barefoot with my toes in the sand.  But when I had to wear shoes, I flip flopped between two pairs of sandals. I was lucky to snag these Franco Sarto Alora suede sandals at Nordstrom Rack right before my trip.  They have a little gladiator-esque vibe to them and the soles were super comfy when I was forced to walk on anything other than sand.

I got a ridiculous amount of compliments on my constellation ring from Ettika which I never took off all week!  I love any piece that reminds me to shoot for the stars. Unfortunately, it just sold out!  I’m not sure when they plan to bring it back.  But, luckily, they do have a moon & star ring that’s currently on my lust list.

The last piece I chose to tie this whole tropical look together was this Banago clutch. This Mayumi clutch is kind of perfect for any beach trip this summer. Banago is a super cool brand that hand-makes all of their bags in the Philippines.  The brand is a great example of sustainable fashion.  You can check out more about them on their website.

I can’t wait to wear this olive jumpsuit again and dress it up for a night out on the town.  That’s what’s so great about finding something that is so versatile.  You can dress it down to lounge or you can dress it up to impress.  That, my friends, is a great hack for being a little more sustainable with your purchases.
TPB Style Tip:  Find your Olive colored piece and accessorize based on your event/location.
