What inspires you to be healthy and active?
The most inspiring thing to staying healthy and active is how I feel while I’m in it. Being in a city surrounded by it truly is so beneficial to stay up with it too. I really love sweating, and nothing makes me happier than a plate of clean eating!
If you could give girls any advice about loving their bodies what would you say?
The worst thing you could compare yourself to is what we see in advertising. Your body is beautiful the way it is. Don’t let posters define what beauty is to you!
