22 Days of Gratefulness

I just finished a really fun challenge that I am calling 22 days of Gratefulness.  It was a really interesting reminder to look into my life and be grateful for every little thing.  A friend of mine in Los Angeles, Ricki Maslar, is a very strong believer that the two most powerful words in the English language are “I am”. We often say things like “I am tired” or “I am never going to achieve my goals”.  That mindset immediately puts you in a negative place.  We want to help change this!

This March we want to challenge you to take part in our 22 Days of Gratefulness challenge.  

It’s super easy and fun!

Starting tomorrow March 1st we challenge you to write down 5 things you’re grateful for every single day for the next 22 days.  The friend who challenged me to do this, asked that you write your 5 things before you get out of bed and your feet hit the ground.  That way you start the day extremely grateful.

On the 23rd day we would love for you to share what the 22 days of gratefulness has done in your life!  You can share on social media with the hashtag #ThreePrettyBeansGratefulChallenge!
