Why we’re crushing on Louka: 

Louka Madison is an incredibly talented singer. One of the highlights of living in NYC was getting to see this girl perform on stage. Her unbelievably amazing voice is matched by her ability to captivate the crowd with a truthful performance. She is not only amazingly talented but also gorgeous. Her beauty comes from the inside out. She is a  loyal supportive friend and has a huge heart always putting people, and even animals in need, first. Her creative style sets her aside from the masses and makes her stand out. She is always in amazing shape and radiates health and beauty.

We got the inside scoop from Louka on how she stays healthy and fit: 

What type of activities do you do to stay fit? Kick boxing, jogging, walking, fitness classes

What do you think is the key to a healthy lifestyle? I think the key is to realize everything is relative. I’m not one of those girls who does excessive juicing or dieting person…I love food, even sweets so if I want chocolate I eat chocolate…I just don’t go over board. I also think exercise is extremely important to maintain your health. Even if you do cardio for 20 minutes 2 or 3 times a week it’s better than no exercise at all.

What’s your favorite asset?
My eyes, and my butt

What is your LEAST favorite workout? But why do you still do it? My least favorite workout is upper body, arms especially. That’s just never been my strong point but I do it to stay toned and healthy.

If you had to choose any healthy meal or snack what would it be? Apples and peanut butter

We all have cheat days, what’s your poison?
I’m totally random, sometimes it’s just a simple chocolate bar or a little ice cream, but then there are those days I just want a baklava or something from magnolia bakery!

What inspires you to be healthy and active?
My career aspirations keep me motivated to stay fit and healthy. Being a singer/performer it’s important to always keep my stamina strong and my body in shape. Exercising also relieves a lot of my stress.

If you could give girls any advice about loving their bodies what would you say? We all come in many different shapes and sizes but that doesn’t make any of us less beautiful! Love the body God gave you, if you want to do a little tweaking it’s easy as long as you put your mind to it! Try a class if you don’t like the gym, make a short term and long term goal list! As long as you come to terms and figure out positive ways to change and maintain, you’ll be a happier, better you.
