Sunday Smoothie Recipe- Spicy Mango Ginger Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen mango or 1/2 cup fresh mango
  • 1/4 peeled lime
  • 1 pinch cayenne (to taste)
  • 1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 medium carrot, chopped
  • 1 inch piece of ginger
  • 1/2 inch piece of tumeric
  • 2 tbsp coconut mana
  • 1 tbsp maca powder

Maca is the perfect booster because it boosts energy!

This smoothie is better tasting than a spicy margarita!

Blend ingredients together and enjoy!
