Sunday Smoothie Sundae – A green smoothie that tastes like dessert! 

This is seriously the most delicious smoothie you will ever taste and super healthy! Kale is loaded with cancer fighting antioxidants, iron and vitamin k which strengthens your bones! The probiotic powder counter acts the sugar content and probiotics. Maca gives you energy and the cashews protein! It really is the perfect combination.

Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup raw unsalted cashews soaked for 2-4 hours then drained
  • 1 cup kale (more to taste)
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3 diced, pitted dates
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 inch minced ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. probiotic powder
  • 1 tsp coconut manna
  • 1 tsp maca powder


Directions- blend together and enjoy!
